Within a few minutes, Linxus will send you an email with the pre-qualification results and allow you to schedule your installation appointment. Please note that your appointment allows 2-hour window for the technician to arrive. Our technician will contact you with an ETA when enroute. Be sure that someone 18 years of ager or older must be present during the entire appointment.
Linxus does provide all customers with a standard wifi router at no additional charge. If you prefer to provide a router, we will help to set it up for you.

Satellite internet has high latency which results in poor quality for any type of video streaming, video-chatting, online gaming, or other types of higher bandwidth uses. Also, much like cellular internet, data caps will be applied after your monthly data is consumed and overage charges as well as speed reduction will occur until your next monthly cycle begins. With Linxus Internet you can watch movies, stream music, and play games all month long with unlimited data usage.
Cellular Internet services often cap their data, which results in overage charges. At Linxus we do not cap our data. You have one monthly fee regardless of the amount you choose to use.
Weather will not affect your service even in the most severe storms. If you experience a power / electricity outage then your internet will not work unless you have a battery back up or UPS solution. We Recommend that you connect all electrical devices into a surge protector which should help prevent damage when their is a power surge.
New service requires the first month of service plus the installation fee due upon completion of your install. Residential install fee is $100, Business Install fee is $150 and commercial install fee is $200.
All payments are due the first day of your invoiced period. Look for "Invoice Due Date" on your bill. Service is automatically suspended by the billing system when payment has no been received within 10 days.
Linxus does not require contracts for residential subscribers so if you need to cancel, upgrade or downgrade your service then you can do so anytime without penalty.
